BABY CIRCUS
Explore creative movement, low-flying trapeze, basic acrobatics, juggling and more with your little ones! We will begin with fun, imagery-based stretches and circle games and then open up the theater to free play and exploration on the mats and trapezes. All children must be accompanied by an adult. These classes introduce adults (ages 13+) to the basics of single-point low flying trapeze, acrobatics, partner acrobatics, rope, tissu, and/or mixed apparatus. These skills are presented as tools for developing alignment and core strength as well as tools for building trust, taking risks, and having fun.
